Position Summary

  • The Customer Service Representative is responsible for:
  • Answering inbound customer calls
  • Processing policy service requests
  • Managing service tasks and follow-up activities
  • Scheduling customer review appointments
  • Maintaining accurate documentation
  • Supporting Account Managers and Sales team members
  • Escalating advisory matters appropriately
This role is responsible for execution, follow-through, and workflow control.

Work Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM start commitment
  • In-office position (no remote)
Punctuality and attendance are critical to this role.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $38,000 – $42,000 (based on experience and stability history)
  • Quarterly performance bonus
  • Paid time off
  • 401(k) match after one year
  • Group health, vision and dental insurance available insurance available
